    Beginner - Level 1

    Basic is our on-ramp program for all new athletes and has everything you need to become a stronger, faster, and more capable human being.

  • Titan

    Beginner - Level 2

    Titan takes the beginner athlete to the next level through an increased training frequency and is an introduction to  structured barbell training.

  • Ronin

    Beginner - Level 3

    Ronin builds upon the foundation laid by Basic and Titan and moves the athlete to a 5x per week training structure. We also introduce training loads based off of a 1-rep max in this program.

  • Beginner Package

    Beginner - 3 phases

    The Beginner Package includes Basic, Titan, and Ronin which gives you 14 weeks of training. This package is perfect for the new athlete looking to get stronger and faster through consistent programming.

  • Voi Chien

    Conditioning - Phase 1

    Voi Chien is the first phase in the Defiance Conditioning Cycle. This program is a 5-week block is designed to build your physical and mental ability to work at hard paces over extended durations.

  • Damri

    Conditioning - Phase 2

    Damri builds upon the work capacity you created in Voi Chien. Here we will shorten the efforts and force you to work at harder paces.

  • Gurkha

    Conditioning - Phase 3

    Gurkha is the final phase of Defiance and focuses on peaking your work capacity for a series of assessments taken at the end. This is where the rubber meets the road and the training gets real.  

  • Rawhide

    General Fitness

    Rawhide is a general program to build strength and conditioning that has tons of variety. This program is great if you're just starting out or if you've recently come off of one of our longer programs such as our Raider cycle.    

  • Lykos

    General Fitness

    Lykos is a general strength and conditioning program that focuses on improving general strength through varied hypertrophy training. It includes a good amount of work capacity training as well making it a very well-rounded program.

  • Comanche

    Strength - Phase 1

    Comanche focuses on strength and speed development. Expect a focus on sprinting and barbell work along with all the necessary supplemental work to build a very high level of fitness.
