Description

Titan is a combined strength and conditioning program with an emphasis on building higher levels of Work Capacity. Each session has a strength component followed by a conditioning component. There is weekly aerobic maintenance and recovery built in as well. It also has a flex session built in which allows the athlete to choose a higher work capacity training frequency.

 

This program is great for both the beginner athlete or for the experienced athlete looking to sharpen their work capacity up while maintaining their strength.
