Titan
Beginner - Level 2
Titan takes the beginner athlete to the next level through an increased training frequency and is an introduction to structured barbell training.
Beginner
Perfect for those that are just starting out, or coming back to training after a break.
Full Gym Required
This program requires access to a full gym with barbells, dumbbells, plates, racks, and kettlebells.
Hybrid Program
This program includes both Strength and Conditioning elements to make you not only strong, but fast.
Who it’s for:
Titan is great for beginner athletes who have just finished Basic or those looking for more than what Basic provides. It also serves as a great maintenance program for experienced athletes.
What it does:
Titan builds upon what was established in Basic and starts to develop you in a more comprehensive manner through heavier strength training with a barbell and lower intensity conditioning circuits.
What it’s like:
Titan’s format shifts quite a bit to where you’ll train maximal strength early in the week and hypertrophy later in the week. You’ll also alternate between easy and hard conditioning days. Maximal strength work will be done with barbells using the traditional barbell lifts, while the hypertrophy work will use kettlebells and dumbbells. You’ll have core and resilience work daily to keep your body in good working order.
How long it is:
4 weeks of training with 4 training sessions per week for a total of 16 training sessions.

Worked my way through Titan after rehabbing a hip injury in order to get back into shape. I experienced solids gains all around, definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great plan to increase their fitness level.

I enjoyed this program a lot. It’s very do-able for the not-super-serious athlete like me. I did the program immediately after completing BASIC. Did 3 days per week. After completing the program, I re-took the same assessment that I took before and after BASIC. Results below:
Before TITAN–> After TITAN
jump lunges (unwtd)
41 max reps (51 sec) –> 45 max reps (55 sec)
push pulls (25 lbs)
28 max reps –> 30 max reps
Madmartigan
12:12 –> 11:20
