Sandbag 2.0 is the most recent SB training program we have and allows you to train anywhere anytime with just your bodyweight and a sandbag. This program is great for athletes of all levels and is a chance to step away from the gym and train outside. Simple in design, yet very challenging in execution, this program focuses on developing strength endurance, work capacity, and aerobic capacity.
- 4 weeks, with 20x total sessions
Suggested Training Frequency:
- 3-5x per week.
- A reduced frequency will extend the duration of the program.
- Single Sandbag. For Men we suggest a 60-80lb bag and for women we suggest a 40-60lb bag. We suggest purchasing from FRINGE SPORT.
