Sandbag 2.0 allows you to train anywhere anytime with just your bodyweight and a sandbag. This program is great for athletes of all levels and is a chance to step away from the gym and train outside. Simple in design, yet very challenging in execution.

This program includes both Strength and Conditioning elements to make you not only strong, but fast.
Who it’s for:
This program is perfect for both beginner and advanced athletes alike. Considering it only requires bodyweight, a single sandbag and open space to train you can do these sessions anywhere and anytime.
What it does:
Builds a high level of work capacity and strength endurance.
What it’s like:
As the name implies, everything in this program is done using a sandbag along with bodyweight exercises. A sandbag is one of the most challenging minimal tools you can use so expect this program to be very challenging.
How long it is:
4 weeks of training with 5x sessions per week for a total of 20 sessions
