This program design contains elements of strength, strength endurance, work capacity, and resilience/mobility. Each session will take you through each of the above training blocks in the order listed. The program is designed to be done in 4 weeks, with 3 sessions per week, not including the assessment sessions. You could make it shorter or longer by increasing or decreasing your training frequency, but we recommend sticking to the designed schedule.
