Basic is our on-ramp program for all new athletes.
This 4 week, 12 session program has everything you need to take the first few steps to becoming a stronger, faster, and more capable human being.
It includes both strength training and metabolic conditioning to create a well balanced program that will physically and mentally prepare you for our more advanced training programs.
Each session has video links to uncommon exercises as well as coaches notes on how to properly execute each session.
The best thing about BASIC is that it can be done in any standard gym by athletes of any level.
If you are new to Atomic then this should be the first program in your pipeline.
