How long it is:
4 weeks of training with 20 sessions
- Single Kettlebell. For Men we suggest a 16-20kg bell (35-45 lbs) and for women we suggest a 8-12kg bell (15-25 lbs). We suggest purchasing from FRINGE SPORT.
