This program is perfect for both beginner and advanced athletes alike. Considering it only requires bodyweight, a kettlebell and open space to train you can do these sessions anywhere and anytime.

Builds a high level of work capacity and strength endurance.

As the name implies, everything in this program is done using just your bodyweight and a kettlebell.


How long it is:

4 weeks of training with 20 sessions

Required Equipment:

  • Single Kettlebell. For Men we suggest a 16-20kg bell (35-45 lbs) and for women we suggest a 8-12kg bell (15-25 lbs). We suggest purchasing from FRINGE SPORT.
