This program is perfect for both beginner and advanced athletes alike. Considering it only requires bodyweight, a pair of dumbbells, and open space to train you can do these sessions anywhere and anytime.
What it does:
Builds a high level of work capacity and strength endurance.
What it’s like:
As the name implies, everything in this program is done using a pair of dumbbells along with bodyweight exercises. Expect lots of running, burpees, goblet squats, presses, pushups, and other complexes using bells!
How long it is:
4 weeks of training with 5x sessions per week for a total of 20 sessions
Men should use 20 to 30lb bells.
Women should use 12-20lb bells.
