Bodyweight 2.0 is the most recent bodyweight-only training program we have and allows you to train anywhere anytime with just your bodyweight and a few odd objects. This program is great for athletes of all levels and is a chance to step away from the gym and train outside. Simple in design, yet very challenging in execution, this program focuses on developing strength endurance, work capacity, and aerobic capacity.
- 4 weeks, with 20x total sessions
Suggested Training Frequency:
