This program is great for athletes of all levels and is a chance to step away from the gym and train outside. Simple in design, yet very challenging in execution, this program focuses on developing strength endurance, work capacity, and aerobic capacity.

 

Program Duration:

  • 4 weeks, with 20x total sessions

 

Suggested Training Frequency:

  • 3-5x per week.
  • A reduced frequency will extend the duration of the program.
