Bodyweight 2.0 is the most recent bodyweight-only training program we have and allows you to train anywhere anytime with just your bodyweight and a few odd objects. This program is great for athletes of all levels and is a chance to step away from the gym and train outside. Simple in design, yet very challenging in execution, this program focuses on developing strength endurance, work capacity, and aerobic capacity.
Who it’s for:
This program is perfect for both beginner and advanced athletes alike. Considering it only requires bodyweight and open space to train you can do these sessions anywhere and anytime.
What it does:
Builds a high level of work capacity and strength endurance.
What it’s like:
As the name implies, everything in this program is done using just your bodyweight. You can expect lots of running, jumping, pushups, burpees and other basic exercises that will build up your fitness.
How long it is:
4 weeks of training with 20 sessions
