Strength Endurance is the ability to repeatedly exert force without fatigue. This attribute is measured by an assessment that tests max reps for a certain duration.
An example would be the Army’s 2 minute push-up test, or one of our favorites: max reps Jump Lunge in 90 seconds with a pair of 25lb dumbbells.
We use this type of training in many of our military programs, our minimalist programs, as well as our endurance programs.
Sessions like this are VERY challenging, expect to hit failure multiple times and be sore about 24-48 hours later.
Don’t hate me,
