HYBRID

Hybrid programs are our most versatile line of training programs. They typically have plenty of variety in regards to which attributes are being developed as well as exercises used. These programs are typically 4 weeks in duration and are excellent for developing all around fitness. At our training facility in Austin, Texas we use these as transitional programs between our more specific meso-cycles.

 

These are great for new athletes, those wishing for lots of variety in regards to training methods and exercises, and more experienced athletes looking to just maintain their current ability.
