Clearly identifying your purpose is the first step you must make before selecting a training program, we find that there are 4 major types of training purposes and each is described below. You will need to identify which of these categories you fall into.
Profession Driven
Military, Law Enforcement, and First Responders are required by their respective organizations to pass physical fitness assessments not only during the hiring process but for continued employment and advancement in their careers.
