HOW TO DO 100X SANDBAG GET UPS

In our gym few exercises conjure up feelings of despair and dread more than the Sandbag Getup.

 

Although not an extremely technical exercise there are still a handful of tips and tricks that will make this exercise easier.

 

In the video below Coach Jake Saenz talks through these to help you to get to the gold standard of 100x in 10 minutes with an 80lbs bag.

 

Keep in mind that you also need the fitness to work at that intensity for a full 10 minutes!
