We do this by pulling the best and most practical training principles from various disciplines. scheduled Training Sessions
Life gets busy and time is valuable. You can rest assured that you’ll get a lot of work done in a single hour at our gym. When you show up we'll tell you what to do and how to do it so you’ll get the most out of your training time. No more showing up to the gym and coming up with random workouts.

The relationships formed around training are some of the strongest you can make as there is a strange bonding that happens around challenging endeavors. Our athletes push each other to reach their potential on and off the gym floor. Here is some of their feedback,
The two biggest value adds are the coaching and the culture.
You will receive thoughtful, science-based, detailed workouts for every week. Combined, these workouts form what is typically a 4-6 week cycle, focusing on a different athletic trait in each cycle. For example some cycles may be strength focused, others strength endurance or different forms of cardio.
In class, they will run through the workout for the day. Focusing first on the "Why", next on the form (How) and finally some benchmarks on what's good, great and top-tier.
The classes always start on time, almost always run exactly an hour. It has the military strictness on form and start time. With the austin culture of inclusiveness, fun and family.
You can join an LA fitness for $50 a month. But you'll probably show up not knowing what you are going to do, spend 10 minutes figuring that out, not work that hard/quit 10 minutes early, all while having meh form.
Or you can join Atomic. Walk in knowing exactly what you will do each day and why, know it's written by someone who lives and breathes this, and be pushed just hard enough for a exactly an hour each day. Saving you time and giving you results!!
