Weapon X is a 4 Week cycle with a training frequency of 4-5 times per week. This cycle will be based off of 1 Rep Maxes giving a percentage based window for athletes to work in. Over the next 4 weeks we will transition from hypertrophy into strength training increasing load and decreasing reps.



The purpose of this transition or building cycle is to start introducing heavy loads into training to prepare for the next mesocycle, which will be maximal strength.
