This macrocycle is ideal for you if you’re looking to make gains primarily to overall strength with limited technical lifts (you won’t do cleans or snatches). It focuses on foundational lifts (Front and Back Squat, Bench and Military Press, and Deadlift).

 

It lasts 16 weeks including testing. It contains the following programs:

After Summer Slam you will:

Any globo-gym or functional fitness place will work. If you’re training in your garage, you’ll need:

Collars
Kettlebells
Dumbbells
Basic soft tissue and mobility equipment
A Mat
Running course of known distance.
