Run-Specific Strength




This 8 session, 4 week, running specific strength program is designed for runners preparing to do a mid to long distance run over uneven terrain. It is especially beneficial to those that will have long descents towards the end of their race where eccentric strength will play a large part in finishing strong.

Prior to starting this program we strongly suggest the athlete complete some sort of base strength program as it will lay the foundation for the specific strength you will develop in these sessions.
