Rising Sun 12 week macro-cycle composed of 2 programs – RONIN and SHOGUN
A 6 week accumulation strength cycle designed to be executed prior to SHOGUN. This program is very barbell intensive and requires multiple assessments prior to starting. Along with the strength progression this program has a 3-tiered threshold progression to teach the athlete pace.

The maximal strength continuation of RONIN. The primary goal of this program is to increase the athlete’s 3 lift total which is comprised of the Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. This is what we’d call a “peaking” cycle.
