Priorities Pack is a 10-week macrocycle consisting of two programs, designed to be run at the same time:
Maximum Overdrive – a 10-week strength and endurance cycle
Arm Hypertrophy – a 6-week Hypertrophy cycle
Progressing through The Priorities Pack, you’ll see the following gains:
Increase in size – With the volume at the beginning of Maximum Overdrive combined with the supplemental work in Arm Hypertrophy your body will have no choice but to adapt and get bigger.
Now use that size to push more weight – The rest of this cycle will have you will have you pushing your muscles to the limit, follow our progressions and the strength gains will come.
Any globo-gym or functional fitness place will work. If you’re training in your garage, you’ll need:
Basic soft tissue and mobility equipment
Running course of known distance.
