Mithril is a 8 week general strength and conditioning cycle perfect for beginner athletes as well as experienced athletes looking for a break from more structured programs. With a high level of variation it keeps the athlete very stimulated which typically increases adherence.

  • 5 days per week as designed, can be done 3 or 4 days per week which will increase total program duration.
