Description

Mata Leão is a training program to improve your strength and conditioning specific to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. 

In our facility we train 7 black belts, 8 brown belts, and dozens of purple, blue and white belts. 6 of our coaches are purple belts so we understand the demands of this unique sport.

We work with many practitioners that have very high skill levels, but lack the physical ability to properly express it. Although physically demanding, grappling alone with not build sufficient strength or conditioning.

Mata Leão is designed so you can train longer and harder, recover quicker, and increase your BJJ performance through higher quality training on the mats.

 

Frequency:

  • 3-5 sessions per week (5 recommended)

 

Program Duration:

  • 4-6 weeks (if doing 5 sessions per week, it will take 4 weeks to complete)

 

Number of Sessions:

  • 22
