MacArthur is a transition program designed for athletes coming off minimal equipment training due to deployment, schools, field training, or global pandemic.
This program has one primary goal: To safely transition the athlete back to barbell training.
After weeks, and even months, of training with bodyweight, sandbags, and kettlebells the athlete must ease back into heavier training loads.
This program is also a great introduction to our programming for new athletes as the training volume is fairly low.
MacArthur is a comprehensive training program that includes strength, conditioning, core work, and mobility.
