Leviathan is a program designed to improve your overall maximal strength but more specifically the Back Squat and Bench Press. The unique aspect of this program is that it incorporates a new protocol that allows for an individual rate of progression. This means that the weight only gets heavier if you are able to meet certain criteria.
Along with the primary barbell progressions this program has supplemental strength work, conditioning, core work, and resilience training.
This program is perfect for athletes that have just come off a Hypertrophy program and are looking to peak their strength and hit new PR’s.
