Phase 2 of the Top Gun Macrocycle is Jester.


Jester continues on with the general idea of training individual muscle groups in a progressive manner with a few small changes. Along with doing compound sets we’ll also introduce some metabolite training by doing drop sets for each muscle group once per week. Expect to be sore from these even if you are coming from Iceman.


This program is perfect for athletes of all levels but specifically designed for athletes that want to put on mass!
