Dumbbell Strength




Dumbbell Strength is an 24 Session 8 week program designed with the intent of increasing your total body strength through the extensive use of dumbbells. If you want to take a break from the barbell, but still want to see size and strength improvements or if you aren’t comfortable with the more complex barbell movements this a great cycle for you. This cycle will focus on strength, hypertrophy and strength endurance and will use set progressions to achieve these goals.
