Description

Carnage is a four week cycle focusing on general work capacity. It is designed to increase mental and physical endurance with the inclusion of strength maintenance for the back squat, bench press, and military press. Each week includes three primary workouts and a fourth optional aerobic capacity workout. Work capacity sessions are different from week to week in order to add variety and challenge the body in various ways.
