Blue Falcon




Blue Falcon is a 4-week strength endurance training cycle. It focuses on complex based training using both Kettlebells and Dumbbells. Along with strength endurance, there is a run improvement protocol build in. This program is great for military and law enforcement athletes seeking to improve their run times as well as strength endurance.
