MINIMAL EQUIPMENT

Our Minimal Equipment programs are designed to bring you world-class training even if you don’t have world-class facilities. Though the equipment demands are low, the fitness demands are still high. Train effectively, hard, and in austere environments with any of the programs below. Fitness attributes trained mostly involve strength endurance, aerobic capacity, and work capacity, though strength is included when possible.
